The Annual Meeting of the members of Groupement des assureurs automobiles, held on March 24, 2021, elected four new Directors and renewed few appointments. The 2021-2022 Board members are:

Pursuant to section 161 of the Automobile Insurance Act, representatives from the Autorité des marchés financiers and one other person appointed by the Minister of Finance are entitled to attend meetings of the Board of Directors of Groupement des assureurs automobiles, which must convene them as if they were members of the Board.
