Online Verification
To submit an online Verification Request, you must have:
- made an online Consultation Request, and
- taken note of your copy of the Claims History Statement online.

Access the page online Consultation Request follow-up using your driver's licence number and your reference number.

Click on the link "Verification Request" and enter the corrections to be made in the applicable box.

Your request will be forwarded to a GAA agent.

You will find on the online request follow-up page:
- an acknowledgement of receipt of your request;
- the reply to your request.
