Under the Automobile Insurance Act, the GAA is responsible for ensuring that the persons acting as appraisers are qualified. To this end, it develops and administers training programs and determines the minimum requirements applicable to the activity of appraiser.

To validate an Appraiser's Certificate of qualification in automobile damage appraisal, you must be able to identify this person either by name or by his/her Certificate number.
